Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors and callers with inquiries.
- Process incoming orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer systems (training provided).
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep detailed records of transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email/Internet browsing.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
