Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash or card payments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure products are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
