Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure the store remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries about store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Process and handle cash transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
