Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional, personalized service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.</li><li>Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions, handle payments, and manage returns.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and folding merchandise according to company standards.</li><li>Process customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and features with patience and expertise.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; no prior retail experience necessary.</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age to operate a cash register.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. comfortably.</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.</li><li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.</li></ul>
