Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and brand image at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash handling procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer proficiency for POS systems is a plus.
