Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Process incoming orders and maintain 100% accuracy in data entry and inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior staff members.
- Handle sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
