Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock and materials safely.
- Process incoming orders, verify inventory, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations is preferred but not required for walk-ins.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
