Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and courteously.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
