Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist students with enrollment, financial aid, and program inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in student information systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues
- Support campus events and student orientation programs
- Process transactions and maintain financial records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
