Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction
- Process orders and maintain detailed customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Must be available for walk-in interviews Mon-Fri 9AM-4PM
