Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Accurately input and update customer account information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Assist in training new hires and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Monitor ticket queues and prioritize tasks to ensure timely response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
