Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
- Explain product features, services, and account details to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude even during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
