Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; no prior experience required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
