Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth night shift operations and workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for walk-in candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during the night shift (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
