Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process transactions, verify account information, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for walk-in applicants.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation is required.
