Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing issues and product complaints efficiently
- Process orders and returns with 100% accuracy
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell products
- Meet performance metrics for call volume and resolution time
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
