- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers to meet departmental targets.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
