Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries via phone, email, and in person to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all customer records are up to date.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the daily till with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
