Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management and store maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday shifts)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus location
- Ability to start work within 48 hours of offer
