Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for both customers and staff.
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability for weekend shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
