Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails during evening hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the company CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of operations and information flow.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
