Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
