Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately update and maintain customer account information in our database systems.
- Provide clear information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence and team goals are met.
- Assist in processing orders and resolving billing issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
- Willingness to learn new processes quickly.
