Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and positive attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person with a focus on problem resolution.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
