- Maintain accurate patient records in our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve patient concerns efficiently
- Train new team members on service protocols and compliance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or healthcare support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

- Available for flexible shifts including occasional weekends
