Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in emergency and critical care units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
