Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on problem resolution and retention.
- Provide accurate, friendly, and timely information regarding products and services to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high service standards are met and exceeded.

Qualifications
