Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale or register using POS systems.
- Organize stock, shelves, and inventory in the warehouse or retail area to maintain visual standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and productivity targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10-12 kg) with or without accommodation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
