Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Process transactions and ensure accurate billing and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
