Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges following company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
