Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive experience. You will assist with product inquiries, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about our services.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
