Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.

- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
