Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores and retention.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in our state-of-the-art CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call quality and response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and available for full-time shifts, including weekends if required.
