Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account details, and service troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
