Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers in selecting the best products/services to meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using our CRM software and POS systems.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product improvements to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
