Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Update customer records and provide feedback to the management team regarding common issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding procedures when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose office.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
