Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing issues and service complaints with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for field visits)
- Spanish language skills a plus
