Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and implement timely solutions.
- Provide product information and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Monitor service quality metrics and contribute to team KPIs.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend availability is mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
