- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM system accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Meet daily performance metrics and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Maintain positive brand representation at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Atlanta office
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
