Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment including forklifts (training provided) and pallet jacks.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (2-4 hours at a time).
- Basic reading and writing comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid ID or Social Security Number required for employment.
