Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming merchandise and inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the front counter.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve store and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
