Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile team player to bridge the gap between our warehouse operations and our client-facing service desk. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily stock checks, organize warehouse shelves, and ensure accurate product labeling and categorization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by daily tasks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to streamline workflows and meet daily production targets.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital records of inventory levels and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends if necessary.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.
