Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and receiving shipments.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by the shift.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills for documentation and communication.
