Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and develop comprehensive implementation plans tailored to their specific business needs.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address any churn risks or satisfaction issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to align client goals with our product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless client journey from acquisition to renewal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries and technical support coordination.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive product improvements and service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and meet retention targets.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
