Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical support requests.
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide feedback on user experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and discuss product updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service tickets within our CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and training them on our software platform.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
