Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in hospital, clinic, or home health settings
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Provide direct patient support under RN supervision
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Participate in 24/7 rotational coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Active Virginia healthcare license (CNA, EMT, or similar)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for multi-site assignments
