Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including loading, unloading, and sorting of goods.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor work is required).
