Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
