Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse management systems to track stock levels and update inventory records in real-time.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move materials.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license or ability to operate warehouse equipment is a plus.
