Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package inventory with accuracy tracking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Load/unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain organized warehouse zones with 5S methodology
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-covered)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to shift locations
